ALL ORDERS

Each order can only be shipped to a single address. For multiple locations, place separate orders and indicate on your payment which order belongs to you.

Wisconsin Orders.
All purchases within Wisconsin, including shipping charges, are subject to 5.0% to 5.6% sales tax depending on the county in which you live.

International Orders.
International orders will be notified via email of total charges within 48 hours of receipt of their order. The order will be shipped when total payment, including shipping charges, is received in Creo Pet's Paypal account or check has cleared the bank. All monies must be paid in U.S. currency.  If you would like to know your shipping charges before placing your order, send us an email and we will notify you of your total charges.

GREETING CARDS / NOTE CARDS

We usually ship within 3 business days of receipt of your order. For card purchases within the contiguous United States, allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for delivery of all products. Allow extra time for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. possessions and territories. If you are paying by personal check, please add another 10 days for check to clear bank.

Cards are delivered by the U.S. Postal Service or Fed Ex Ground.  If you are ordering both dog treats and cards, they will be mailed in the same package via USPS Two Day Priority Mail. 

Rates for cards start as little as 51¢. Boxed sets start at $3.91.

DOG TREATS

Perishable food, such as dog treats, are delivered via USPS Two-Day Priority Mail. The shipping chart below pertains only to the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
